Start of a garage conversion to a bathroom, couple of courses down in engeneering brick ready for dpc and timber frame ontop

Fence is in, solid plant bed boarder put in for the neighbor aswell

Concrete path layed, hardcore smashed up type 1 in to level out then whacked and 100mm of concrete layed ontop with a slight slope to an acco drain finished with peashingle sides as requested

New corrugated roof

Last week’s steel instalation to remove the stairs and remove the bathroom on the other side to create a much bigger living room.

Progress on the previous extension post. Now starting on gable end. Plate is on and floor is in so now roughly buliding up the gable but will have to return to it to finish it off as it requires a matched detail from existing building as are the windows with the brick on edge finish above and the brick and half reds down the sides and front corner :)
