Indigestion (not intergestion 😜) includes dyspepsia (upper abdominal discomfort) or acid reflux. They’re not always the same thing but can be related to stomach acid. Anti inflammatory drugs and Helicobacter pylori may cause stomach inflammation or ulcers but don’t actually cause reflux despite popular misconception.

Irritable bowel syndrome can affect the foodpipe as well as the gut. Functional dyspepsia or true acid reflux...?

Fat, fluid, foetus, flatus, faeces? Bloating - could be the cause of all that gas. Air swallowing (aerophagia), increased stomach acid or sugar fermentation?
