Challenges come in all shapes and sizes, and so do the solutions. My path has taken me in many different directions without warning or a map to follow.

There is no right or wrong answer, only the answer that is best for you as the unique individual that you are. Finding the next step on your path can be daunting when life puts these challenges in front of us. If a situation does not support your growth, think twice about giving it your energy.

If you walk away, you have time to heal and recalibrate for something more meaningful, more in alignment with who you are becoming.

Remember, you are not your thoughts. It takes courage and foresight and a belief that something better is possible.Your challenge is to visualize a different/better future. With daily practice, you can train your brain to orient towards it.

It is time to clear unwanted energies that are preventing your life from moving forward. Some of these may be in the earth under your home or office or where you travel. Call on the earth dragons and ask them to remove all that is not in accordance
with divine light. Then sense the frequency rising within the land and on your path.

This card also suggests you may be called on to do planetary service work, as the earth dragons will take the opportunity to cleanse any ley lines you focus on. Take a moment to direct them to clear the planetary grid and visualize the grid glowing and
shimmering.

page 129 from my first book Heart Talk. Been reflecting on this passage a lot lately. I remember sitting in my old apartment in New York writing these words almost ten years ago. And with every passing day, I am more convinced that it is only in our oneness that we find our okay-ness…

May we remember we are one. May we wish for no one what we wouldn’t wish for own family. May we live in wonder of ideas and solutions that affirm the sacred value of each others lives.

In the season of generosity and resolutions, if there is one gift you give this year, I hope it is the gift of grace- patience and compassion with those around you.

We grow our hearts by linking them to the hearts of others. How big can you get your heart? How many people can you fit in it?

Empathy. Care. Curiosity. Tenderness. Forgiveness.

To be human is to be always imperfect and always in need of love from another. I love you ♥️

💗Choose people who never make you question your value.
💗Trust that you are deeply loved and lovable.
💗 Remember it’s ok to walk away from relationships where you feel like you have to negotiate your way into someone caring about you.

(The biggest lesson I learned this year is to not force anything- conversations, friendships, relationships, attention, love. Anything forced is just not worth fighting for, whatever flows flows, what crashes crashes. It is what it is. -)
