KARATE ENGLAND INTERNATIONAL OPEN.. Paige won some tough fights to get to the final, and walked away with the individual silver, and then went on to win another silver with the team 👊🏼👊🏼 Sams section was intense!! And she walked away with the bronze. A huge well done to all of the Kaigaishii team that were there today. Always improving! 👊🏼👊🏼

What weekend in Liverpool with the girls!

Gold in the team event for Paige and Silver in the younger team event for Isabelle!! 🥇🥈

Paige, Isabelle and Jess all fought amazingly in their categories and at a high standard competition!

Going away for these weekends not only improves everyone’s karate, but the team building and bonding is so important. How friends for life are made! Well done team! 👊🏼

Tonight’s classes were buzzing! One of the best fight clubs in a long time too! Seeing so much improvement 🤩 well done guys 👏🏼

Fight club runs Fridays.. 6pm-7pm for yellow belts and above. Spaces are limited but get in touch if you wanted a space!

Here we have a new black belt! True grit, determination, perseverance and attitude were all there for Sam and she passed her back belt today!! Not to mention fighting like an absolute hero!!!

BASK International competition!

I took a (mostly) inexperienced team to this just to show them the standard and to get them some experience.. and they walked away with 7 bronze and 1 silver medal! Fantastic day! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Tough mudder completed ✅ £600 raised for the charity 4louis, a huge thank you to all that donated!

My team of 1st Kyus and black belts have done it again! A day of blood bruises and belly laughs to get round the tough mudder course and I couldn’t ask for a better team! Not to mention the mud!! Oh wow! The mud 😂 awesome job guys! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

So last year we complete tough mudder as a team of black belts. It was hard and I can’t lie, being submerged in ice water almost killed me!

This year we are going again!! (My team are crazy and have talked me into it!!)

We are raising money for a charity called 4louis. It’s a charity that supports families all over the country that have experienced child or infant loss ( including still birth, still born, miscarriage..)

I know times are tough for everyone at the moment, but any donations would be really hugely appreciated by me and the team, going towards a really special cause.

Tough Mudder UK 2023 - 4LOUIS | Kaigaishii karate Hi! Myself and my black belts did Tough Mudder last year, to team build and to challenge oursleves. This year we have got families involved and are going to do our absolute best! We have decided to fundraise for the 4Louis charity as it is a charity that supports anybody that has been affected by.....

What a weekend! 18 students graded, a really really good standard grading! Seeing huge improvements in everybody!

Then competing on Sunday.. Macie won 2 bronze.. Jude (who graded Saturday and went up a group!) won 2 bronze, Isabelle narrowly missed out but we saw improvements and brown belt Isabelle won a gold and a bronze! Amazing!! (I didn’t get many photos so always send any you have!)
