Stretch & Flow Class Starting Tuesday 5pm from 5th December This class is designed to gently guide you through a series of stretching exercises on the reformer, enhancing your flexibility, relieving tension, and promoting a sense of well-being. Our instructor will lead you through a series of carefully selected stretches that target key muscle groups. Each movement is designed to improve your flexibility and range of motion, making daily activities smoother and more enjoyable. As you move through each stretch, our instructor will help you focus on mindful breathing and body awareness, creating a meditative and restorative experience. This approach not only benefits your body but also calms your mind, reducing stress and anxiety. Whether you’re new to reformer or attend level 2, Stretch & Flow is tailored to accommodate all skill levels.
