One of the areas I tend to focus on with the majority of my clients is back- in particular upper back. This area is often a weak point for many due to lifestyle and work demands that mean we spend a lot of time sitting, invariably hunched over a laptop. So I tend to see people with back and neck issues, who need a bit of postural correction to roll the shoulders back and retract the shoulders blades. One of the easiest ways to change the feel and intensity of a workout is to twiddle the time under tension on your exercises.
