We are running another WILD WOMAN session, especially for the AUTUMN EQUINOX 🍂 🌅🌓

The Autumn equinox marks the end of Summer and beginning of Autumn. It is also when day and night are equal in length, signaling a time of balance between light and dark.
This is the perfect time to connect with nature in our beautiful woodland at Rainbow Woods. Lie in a hammock or sit under a tree and enjoy some quiet reflection of a busy summer, or set intentions for the calmer coming months. Letting go of things that no longer serve us, in the same way that our trees shed their leaves... 🍂
Autumn is a time of harvesting, so learn to forage in our woods and gather Elder berries to make cordial on our campfire 🍒
We are joined by our very knowledgeable herbalist, Layla, from , who will be bringing some of her amazing natural remedies to try! 🌿
Enjoy some nature crafts & tool use 🔨
Learn the skill of fire lighting with a flint and cook some tasty treats on the campfire 🔥
End the session as the sun sets on Summer for another year, with Helen from Alvechurch Reiki on a Reiki-infused guided meditation, with the intention of embracing the balance of the equinox with the 3 gentle yet powerful energies of Reiki. 🧘🏼‍♀️

Price includes drink, snacks, nature crafts materials and a contain of freshly made elderberry syrup.

Such an enriching and rewarding day for the children and staff included! It really is the best job to watch these wonderful children explore, create, learn, experiment and work together with the freedom that forest school promotes and a little sprinkle of support from us. They really do flourish!!
