The Training Room is providing 4 sessions a week ... 2 junior 2 senior.
These will be held on Tuesdays & Thursdays 11am & 12pm ๐
A block of 12 will be ยฃ50 and a block of 6 will be ยฃ30.
Regular exercise has lots of health benefits for children and young people, improving their self esteem, encouraging healthy growth and development, building a stronger heart, bones and healthier muscles ๐ช๐ป and a great way to socialise ๐

Not every run is enjoyable. Sometimes it's a task just getting your mindset right and actually put your trainers on and getting out the door. There's times where you have difficulty regulating your breathing, times where your body is super stiff and your legs feel like dead weight. Muscle cramps, general fatigue, aches and pains etc. there's times where you continuously get caught up in completing your run in certain times and if you don't you end up feeling s**t! Well today I didn't think of anything but just getting out and clearing my mind and it worked. Please don't beat yourself on any of the above ๐ it's an achievement whatever the time, distance, etc. just get up and go!!
If you can dream it ... you can do it ! Just look at this amazing piece of work that my client Louise has just finished. Making time for yourself is so important. Love it ๐ฅฐ so creative ๐โฅ๏ธ

One of life's challenges!! One of the hardest things you'll ever do is heal alone. When I say heal alone, I mean healing without using other people to fill the void you feel. To heal without going out and meeting up with people every weekend, to distract yourself, to fill up your schedule with a million things, so you cannot sit in your grief and think about it. Healing alone will force you to sit in your grief and feel it. It's an awful feeling but it will heal you inside and out! ๐ซถ๐ป

The continuous determination this lady has is incredible.
Not only has she lost weight which is why most ladies start personal training as they aren't happy with their appearance.
Katie didn't want no quick fix she wanted a healthy balanced lifestyle and that's most certainly what she's has, enjoying her PT session having a good healthy diet, still enjoying her family & social life and not being restricted by anything.
In January 2023 she started my 5weeks 2 5k running plan, she then went on to join a running group. Since January this year she has put so much into achieving a dream that she never thought would be possible.
This weekend katie is doing her very first marathon ๐ฎ unbelievable I know.
I'm so very proud of you ๐ it's been a great journey so far...: who knows what the next chapter has is store as you never thought you'd run a marathon. ๐

My longest run so far this year. ๐ It's not an easy exercise to do but believe me it's does so much for your mental health as much as it does your physical health. I use to be a none runner, I can remember the first time someone ask me to go running... I laughed and said your joking aren't ya I didn't even run in PE at school so why would I want to now. I gave it go and here I am still at it. I've had many set backs over the years but it's a set up for the comeback! And It's always stronger๐๐ป๐

Working out might feel like a burden at first, but if you stay consistent exercising will become a part of you and will feel like therapy ๐

As babies, we must learn how to squat before we learn to stand or walkโand as adults, we have to rediscover how to squat properly. While this primal movement pattern is a base for many activitiesโlike taking a seat and lifting heavy objectsโlearning how to do a proper squat from a fitness perspective sometimes requires a little coaching, especially to make sure you're doing them safely and effectively.
Knowing how to do squats using your legs and not your back will translate into better workout performance and real-life functionality. Also among the benefits of squats is that they're one of the most time-effective moves for shaping and strengthening your entire lower body, especially your backside.
To practice a wall squat, start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart and back flat against a wall. Lower into a seated position by bending your knees at a 90-degree angle.
