What’s the science behind HypnoHIITS, Why does it work?
We’ve all heard that thoughts become things. But what does that really mean?
The answer lies deep in our subconscious. When we have thoughts, neurotransmitters (our body’s chemical messengers) facilitate our body’s responses to those thoughts and translate them into feelings and perceptions.
These can be either negative feelings or positive feelings. This is the science behind how powerful our thoughts can be.

Welcome to Hypno HIITS. A new programme to help you meet your personal best. I’m Tina Gray, Head trainer and specilist RTT weight Therapist. I’ve teamed up with Rosie Marsh Personal Trainer and Chef Adrian Luckie to create a unique 21 day virtual programme to help you meet the goals YOU want. By changing the words you say to yourself, giving you a realistic and guided workout plan, and great structure and tips around what you eat. This programme is not about dieting, restricting, juicing, shaming, comparing - IT’s about empowering, encouraging, educating, support and connecting.
Being a Master RTT therapist in weight I know alot about how the mind works and how many of my clients form limiting beliefs about themselves from a very young age. Most of my clients are guilty of saying, thinking and believing hurtful, harmful, highly critical words to themselves on a daily basis.
I’m fat, i’m ugly, I don’t fit it, i’m not good enough, i’m unattractive, look at my thighs, my 3 chins, my wobbly belly, my bingo wings, muffin top, saggy b***s, cankles, the list goes on and on. Your body listens to everything you tell it and the meaner you are to yourself the more your body reflects what you say. Would you say any of the things you say to yourself to your best friend? They probably wouldn’t want to be your friend for much longer if you did..
