Iβm 52β¦.. and to this day, my age does not factor in anything I do. and I refuse to be defined by my age or let anyone tell me their age is what stops them progressing. β ALL women of every age are capable of strengthening their bodies, building muscle and improving their fitness and mobility FACT.
