• Hydrating foods and drinks

While traveling, it’s important to pack water-rich foods that can help you stay hydrated throughout your holiday. Fruits and vegetables are full of water, making them the perfect choice for a snack. Eating foods like berries, watermelon, oranges, lettuce, bell peppers and zucchini will help you feel energised. In contrast, sugary drinks and salty foods work against your hydration levels, making you thirsty.
• Empty water bottle

If you don’t have a reusable water bottle, you should invest in one. An empty water bottle can make your traveling experience much easier and help prevent dehydration. It helps the environment and is refillable.

• Increase water consumption

It’s essential to start and end your day with water. Drinking as much as possible in the days leading up to and during your trip can help you avoid illnesses and keep you energized. Try drinking a bottle of water when you wake up and another before bed,roughly two cups of water.

• Limit alcohol consumption

It can be easy to drink too much alcohol, especially when on hoilday with the all inclusives. Unfortunately, consuming high levels of alcohol without water can quickly lead to dehydration. Balancing alcoholic drinks with hydrating beverages is key. A glass of water in-between always helps!
