**IMAG and RD Studios: Delivering Cutting-Edge Virtual Production Solutions 🌟**
We at IMAG are thrilled to share our collaboration with the talented team at RD Studios. Together, we brought cutting-edge virtual production solutions to life for a visually stunning project.
Our role in this project was to provide state-of-the-art LED volume technology, including our high-resolution ROE Black Pearl and Ruby LED panels. These panels were selected for their ability to look clean and smooth, both on set and in-camera and were meticulously configured to create an immersive virtual production environment, enabling seamless integration of live-action footage with computer-generated environments.
In addition to the LED volume, we supplied our ‘Brain Bar’ using Brompton Processing and Disguise media servers, ensuring flawless playback and synchronisation of the virtual environments. Our team of experienced technicians worked closely with RD Studios to ensure every aspect of the setup was optimised for the highest quality results.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the team at Aramco, Craft and McCann Worldgroup, for entrusting us with this innovative project and making the entire process smooth and enjoyable for all involved. Your vision, attention to detail and support were instrumental in making this collaboration a resounding success. We were thrilled to be selected by OBO Global to be part of Snapchat’s incredible SnapForward event at the stunning Soho Farmhouse ! Our team delivered a breathtaking visual experience with our cutting-edge LED screen and lighting solutions.
Collaborating with industry leaders like and the amazing Snapchat team, we created an immersive environment for the 100 hand-picked guests and 20 EMEA creators.
The highlight? A massive ROE Visual Black Pearl LED wall that transported attendees into Snapchat’s captivating content sessions on topics like AR, geopolitics, and fashion trends.
Our expert video control, high-resolution LED, playback, elevated the event to new heights, perfectly complementing visionary speakers like Stanley Tucci, Maya Jama, and others.

🌟 Excited to kick off Virtual Production Appreciation Month with 'All the Old Knives' on Amazon Prime Video ! 🎬
Embark on a cinematic journey directed by Janus Metz Pedersen, featuring Chris Pine, Thandiwe Newton, Laurence Fishburne, Jonathan Pryce, and David Dawson. The film unfolds a gripping narrative around an eight-year-old hijacking case, weaving perspectives and timelines.
Amidst travel restrictions and challenges, the production relocated to the UK, where iMAG Displays fashioned a mobile LED setup sans roof loading, and integrated our ROE Visual Black Onyx 2, Brompton Technology SX-40, and Disguise media servers. The culmination? A sprawling curved screen, incorporating filming plates from the initial shooting site, flawlessly transposing Southern California's essence to the UK. Here, the production could capture the golden hour without restriction.

Kudos to the stellar team behind Netflix's Rebel Moon: Part One - A Child of Fire premiere at London's BFI IMax Waterloo and 180 Studios!
🌌 Witnessing this long-awaited cinematic marvel unfold on our screens is surreal.
For those yet to embark on this interstellar journey, brace yourselves for the ruthless forces of the mother world, unveiling a saga in a quiet farming village on a distant moon. A mysterious outsider emerges as the beacon of hope for survival!
Joined forces with INCA Productions & Mark Connolly for the grand launch, a VIP event curated by Zack Snyder, Netflix and more. An immersive live experience was curated, placing fans on the movie set before the premiere. Picture this: virtual production elements, dramatic walkways, and backdrops crafting an epic atmosphere.
Months of meticulous preparation reached a crescendo as iMAG Displays curated a cinematic spectacle, commanding a virtual production stage. This stage seamlessly transported fans to the Rebel Moon landscape through a ROE Visual Black Pearl 2 curved volume powered by Epic Games Unreal Engine
Attendees were captivated by an outdoor LED virtual backdrop on the red carpet, showcasing the ROE Visual Black Quartz, supported by the Megapixl Helios LED processing platform and Disguise GX2C media server.
To add a final touch to this memorable fan experience, an LED firebox photo-booth awaited for selfies, orchestrated with industry giants such as Brompton Technology, Stage Precision, stYpe Redspy, Blackmagic Design , with footage captured on the cutting-edge RED Digital Cinema Raptor XL.
None of this would be possible without the dedication of the IMAG crew and the collaborative efforts of Netflix and Inca.

We wanted to take this chance to wish all of our friends, families, clients and suppliers a very Merry Christmas and all the best for 2024.
But most of all of to our amazing, hard-working team, we want to say thank you and wish you a very Happy Christmas! Myself and Charli are so grateful for everything you do and as we approach 11 years of iMAG and the start of a brand new year, we recognise how lucky we are to call this work and to be surrounded by such an awesome team of people.
