It can work…yes, but it’s not the best program you can use if you want to build muscle

Can't believe it's been more than 3 months since we could step foot in a gym

Fingers crossed everything goes to plan and we can eventually make our way back in
This week has a huge focus on getting all clients prepped and ready to go for when they come back in
For those of you that don't have a plan in place that is effective, have a look into this
You won't be able to go back and lift the same as you once did
So set that expectation now and be prepared to build your foundations again
Leave your ego at the door and focus on movement rather than sheer weight
Focus on technique and don't do too many sets
If you go too far your body will make you aware haha
