1 week to go I am running for RASASC - Cheshire and Merseyside I am undertaking my biggest challenge yet ! The The Montane Lakeland 50 & 100 50 miler on the 27th July , with over 10000 foot of elevation and night navigational. Am I terrified , yes !!! As a Survivor of Sexual Abuse , I was terrified a lot , especially when I reported to the police . I was lucky enough to have the support of , and the amazing ISVA that worked there . I can honestly say it was the hardest time of my life , and without them I wouldnβt be here now . Because of them I felt less terrified, the more money I raise the more we can help others in the same position. The The R**e and Sexual Abuse Support Centre aims to be a Centre of Excellence in the provision and delivery of services to individuals and families who have been affected by sexual violence.
RASASC is a registered charity which was established in 1995 to provide advice, support and counselling to people who have been affected by sexual violence. We offer support to men, women, children and young people of any age.
