We took a trip to Northwich to look around the space for our new Gardening Wellbeing Group. 🌿 It's such a tranquil, calming and inspiring area with lots to get stuck into - flowers, fruit & veg, pond dipping, crafting, cooking, composting and much more. To find out more, email [email protected]💜

We held our first ever Yoga & Relaxation event in Warrington last night! Our service users started with some healthy treats and herbal tea, then were taught the foundations of breathing techniques, went to some gentle yoga poses, rounding off with relaxation to slow down and switch off in a safe and supportive atmosphere 🧘 Following the success of last night hope to bring more of these of events in a variety of locations, watch this space 💜
