Excited to announce I've found a new venue for my long running class at Greenbank Church hall, 36 Eaglesham Road, Clarkston. Close by for Busby, Eaglesham, Giffnock, South Glasgow & Mearns Cross too.
Classes will be starting at Greenbank on Tuesday 17th September 2024 at 7.30pm.
Run by me, Mari Ward. Certified yoga teacher for Vinyasa Flow & Restorative, Nidra, Yin, Ayurvedic & Menopause yoga.
Classes begin with calming breath work before moving through a mindful flowing sequence of yoga poses and ending in a snug, cosy relaxation.π§ββοΈ Lots of options given which makes the class accessible for both complete beginners and experienced yogis alike.

This 3-hour Menopause Workshop offers guidance and support to women during perimenopause & through to post menopause. It aims to introduce you to the many positive ways you can start to take back control through Nutrition & Yoga.
The workshop will be a small group of 8 and will offer the opportunity to connect with other women and to either just listen or share experiences and advice.
Include:
Β· Womenβs tea circle to talk about the Menopause journey and introduce each other (Teas, infusions & snacks provided if you wish β purely optional)
Β· Menopause focused Nutrition session with Registered Dietitian
Β· Mini Menopause Yoga introductory session β With stress relieving breathwork, very gentle yoga poses & deep relaxation.

Just a wee thank you to the beautiful yogis who came to my first Friday evening mini-retreat for Peri/menopause Anxiety, Overwhelm & Insomnia last night.
The gentle snores during the Yoga Nidra relaxation were music to my ears π And thank you for all the lovely messages this morning saying what deep and restful sleeps you had π΄ Amazing!

Just to let you know about this lovely drop in support group running weekly in EK at Agape Wellbeing . Just a calm space to meet other women and chat about your experiences. They're also going to be doing some mindfulness practices during the sessions. Thanks to Alison at East Kilbride Peri & Menopause Support Group for sharing this too ππ
Agape Wellbeing in Cornwall Way is running a new menopause support group starting on the 3rd of June β€οΈ
The group will meet for a cuppa and chat every Monday between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.
