These sessions last 60 minutes & are packed full of drills & skills to develop speed & gain the edge in whatever sport you take part in ⚡️

Improve your agility, acceleration & change of direction which are crucial when playing sports like rugby, football, hockey, tennis & many more! 🔥

We have just launched our sessions at Dalkeith High School on a Friday afternoon. With additional sessions on a Tuesday & Thursday at Broughton High School beginning in October.
