Each day will have a theme, these will look at: 🤖 kitchen technology 🍆 plant-based menus to help meet sustainability targets 🚜 local sourcing 👜 careers in public sector catering 🦐 managing allergens. 🦸And over the course of the whole week Public Sector Catering will be encouraging everyone to use social media to tell us about your own Public Sector Catering heroes.
