At Stately Trails: Aske Hall, we will be holding a raffle as usual to promote greener travel options. Every competitor who arrives in a car shared with another competitor or marshal will receive a raffle ticket. As Aske Hall is just outside Richmond, and on a public right of way, if you arrive by bike or on foot you will receive two raffle tickets! Swaledale is such an awesome place! Today I have been on a Mining History guided walk from Keld Resource Centre. It was awesome! I learned so much. I’ve travelled the paths from Keld to Swinner Gill so many times but I know so much more about them now. Look at this ventilation shaft! 😱 it’s only about 10m from the path but I’d never noticed it!
