Tracey found her own self healing through Yoga, after being wrongly diagnosed with junior arthritis in her knees at the age of 15. It was through her yoga practice and massage therapy training that an eventual self diagnosis of hypermobility at the age of 42 was confirmed.

Suddenly, everything made sense and it opened up the door to teach others how to mindfully look after their bodies and discover what they need to achieve success on their self healing journey.
'Yoga New You' was born to help others create, 'The New You' they aspire to be.
In Tracey’s newly established yoga business she brings her in-depth experience of anatomy, aromatherapy, Chakras and self healing to help support complete healing and transformation.

Tracey has worked with Chakra healing within her beauty therapy business, 'Secret Beauty', for over 19 years, and now she incorporates Yoga Nidra, aromatherapy oils, chakra healing and sound immersion using Tibetan bowls into her client work which to bring the body into a perfect yogic state.

We are so blessed to have the wonderful Serephina Bianconi at the Revive and Renewevent in September.

Serephina will be sharing some beautiful traditional mantras and also her own sacred songs with the support of the harmonium and the beautiful energies of Sanskrit.

Seraphina will encourage and nurture your true voice as it gradually emerges during the session. She will create a loving space for everyone to journey together, into their bodies, into the sound, and into breath. From there, you may find yourselves more deeply and be able to shift and transcend out of grief and trauma and into a more balanced and loving space.

Participants are welcome to come to sing or even just lie back and receive the healing mantra in the space. You’re welcome to come with or without any experience and enjoy the healing journey.

Serephina has learned on her journey that we are all beings of sound and sometimes our bodies just need to remember how to gently open and receive the support of the earth in order to allow sound to naturally flow. Voice and earth are intimately connected.
In her Shakti Kirtan sessions participants begin by finding the earth, allowing our bones to rest and from this place, inviting sound to organically arrive. By creating a sense of safety, our true song can gradually reveal itself.

There is no right or wrong way to participate. No good or bad singing, no pressure to sing or not sing, just a journey to be experienced.

We are so excited to confirm Hannah Willard to our Sunday morning timetable to help ground everyone before the last feast.

Hannah trained as a Yoga teacher at the Andean school of Yoga, nestled in the spiritual sacred valley of the Andean mountains, Pisac, Peru.
Her training was based on the Andean Cosmo-vision and she loves to share some of this knowledge in her practice and teachings.
She will be starting her workshop with pranayama (breath work), followed by Andean yoga, and finishing with a beautiful savasana.

We are so thrilled to have Hannah on board and she is so looking forward to providing a safe space for everyone to indulge into a luscious yoga and relaxation journey at the Revive & Renew Event this September 🥰

For those who love a healing sound bath we introduce the wonderful Liz Keates who will be offering a delicious sound immersion session for participants at the REVIVE & RENEW RETREAT event in September.

Liz is a certified Sound Healer, who enjoys creating relaxing spaces where she shares her soundscapes using a variety of instruments including Native America style flute, shamanic and ocean drums, crystal singing bowls, vocal tones, and gentle percussion.
A certified Life Coach, Mindfulness Teacher & Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator with 18 years experience in wellness, including 10 years as a practicing Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

Liz’s offerings include community events, retreats, corporate wellbeing and bespoke private events, women’s gatherings, such as alternative hen parties and offers a friendly, professional, and heart-centred approach.
Liz loves travelling where she enjoys playing her flute and vocal toning at sacred sites and spending time in Mama Nature and we are thrilled to have her at the event this year.

Beyond breathwork, she has a deep love for nature and her Yoga practice which she finds complements her breathwork practice beautifully by enriching her holistic approach to wellness. After experiencing my first sweatlodge at Logi Firewalking last month I found it to be a powerful and profound experience.
In the days and weeks since returning home I have been recounting the moving moments in the darkness of the sweatlodge and the beautiful offerings of our nurturing group.

A sweat lodge is a place where people can connect with the Creator and nature, and feel encouraged to reflect on their lives and restore balance to their inner selves.

It encourages introspection and communication with the Earth and the renewal of social and cultural bonds. It teaches people how to overcome physical discomfort and frustration by enduring high temperatures for an extended period of time, with chanting, drumming, and meditation guiding them through the process.

The sweat lodge ceremony can be a profound spiritual experience for some people, and it certainly was for me, which is why I’ve made the decision to embrace this next step on my shamanic path by committing to the intensive training week with a highly recommended retreat centre in Inverness, Scotland called

Qi can be translated as breath or life force energy.
Gong means to work skilfully with.
Qigong therefore means to work skilfully with our life force energy.
Qigong is a practise that cultivates stress into vitality.

Qigong is a journey of discovery into our innate relationship with nature, our lifeforce energy Qi and ourselves.
Qigong is often described as a moving meditation that exercises all aspects of our energy mental, emotional and physical. Through working with the breath, awareness, movement and deeply relaxing flowing postures that mirror the movements of nature.

The 4 basic principles of Qigong are activate, warm up, stretch and flow.

My name is Rowana Mladek (BCST) and I am based in East Sussex.
I have had an interest in health and well-being from a young age and have studied and qualified in various modalities such as Nutritional Therapy and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST).
I run a successful business Teaching Qigong (InnerAlchemyQigong)and seeing clients for BCST (Inner Breath).
I first experienced Qigong when I was 18. Since then, it has become an integral part of my daily self-care routine. I decided to become a Qigong Practitioner so I could share my passion for this transformational practise and the many health benefits with other.
I studied with Holden Qigong and qualified in 2021 and since have continued deepening my own knowledge through more advanced Qigong courses meeting the criteria to attend the next level of training which I have now completed.
My Qigong teaching takes me down many paths working with people of all ages and abilities and it brings me great joy when I see people experience their WOW moments as the sensation of Qi moves through their body. As Qigong is gaining popularity and is becoming more well known in western culture for its health and wellbeing benefits I am looking forward to seeing where this takes me and are particularly excited to be holding a Qigong session for everyone at the Revive & Renew event in September.

I just wanted to share a drum I made recently.
I asked a wonderful artist friend, Paulo Oliveira if he could capture my deep honour and love of the deer and nature on my drum and this is what he has done. I am so grateful and moved by the image and can’t stop looking at it.

As most of you know, I am a huge lover of all animals and a vegetarian so it wasn’t an easy task for me to take on the job of fleshing and de-hairing deer hides before birthing my drums, but I would rather ‘get my hands dirty’ and know where the hides have come from and how they have died rather than purchase on line.

So I connected with a local man who collects deer that have been killed on the roads rather than hunted, then taught myself the skill of fleshing and preparing the hides before the drum birthing process. It hasn’t been easy and there have been some failed attempts over the years whilst battling with fraught weather conditions and physical problems but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Each hide is blessed, cleansed and honoured as part of a sacred ceremony, offering each new owner the opportunity to connect and build a strong bond throughout their healing journey together.

UPDATE:
I’m sure my fire tender Kate will agree that yesterday was not easy one on many levels and a very long day, but it was an experience.
There were many constraints in how I would normally prefer to work, mainly due to legalities and over running of filming schedules but in the end I think we provided everybody with a powerful and memorable firewalk. Looking forward to watching the series which apparently be out beginning of October on the Dave channel.
I’ll let people know when I hear from them.

Today I’ll be hosting a fire walk with my amazing fire tender Kate Mcleary in a private location in Chichester.
It will be the big finale for Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps actors Will Mellor and Ralf Little as they come together off the back of their hugely successful podcast tour to journey around the UK and explore how to be ‘better versions of themselves’.

Meeting 20 years ago on set and now in their 40s they will explore what aspects of modern life they should embrace, and what’s best left to the 20-somethings.

In this final episode, they are looking to finally grow up and reaffirm who they are at this stage in life. They will be going to “man camp” where they will learn about themselves, their power and purpose. This episode is all about them learning to be the best versions of themselves and what better way to do that than an empowering FIRE WALK! 🔥❤️.

A professional film production crew has asked me to host a fire walk for their wellbeing program which will be aired on DAVE.

It follows two celebrities who are on a quest to find inner peace and better themselves as they move into their 40’s.

Its all a bit last minute but this will be the final leg of their tour and they want to finish with a bang and conquer the fire walk and have hired me to by their fire walking host.

However, they don’t know where to do it and I don’t have appropriate land to do this.
It will be a walk for 7 people only so the fire does not need to be big.
So, if there is anyone local to Chichester, West Sussex who has land with open space, (clear from trees or electricity leads) and happy for me to host it on your land please let me know.

What a beautiful drum birthing day we had yesterday at Sacred Stones Shamanic Practice in Bexhill old town. Everything aligned perfectly and the sacred deer was nurtured and honoured as every drum was born. Thank you to all that attended and to the lovely Jamie Willcox for cooking up a wonderful vegan feast. 🙏❤️
