Had a lovely day yesterday. A good yoga class, worked hard and I can feel it doing me good, yay! Then a lovely couple of hours sitting in the garden of good friends drinking coffee and eating gorgeous cake. It was great to catch up and loved sitting in the sun watching the birds and the cats playing and chasing each other across the lawn. What better way to spend a day. # # #

Happy Monday, I'm looking forward to my yoga class this morning then a coffee and chat with a good friend this afternoon. Yay! Guess I had better get out of bed. lol

It would have been my late husbands birthday today so wishing him a happy heavenly birthday. I'm sure he's up there celebrating with mum and dad. xx

Reflexology is an amazing therapy. It may help with pain of all kinds, relaxation, lack of sleep, stress. I have attended courses in reflexology lymph drainage which was devised by a lovely lady called Sally Kay Reflexology and a Cardiff hospital specialising in reducing lymphoedema following cancer treatment. I had a lovely morning yesterday enjoying a wonderful sound bath in a friends reiki space. I decided in a moment of madness to get the bus to Pensby and the heavens opened during my walk from the bus stop to my friends house. A lovely lady who took part in the sound bath very kindly gave me a lift to Heswall afterwards. I managed to get some yoghurt and cheese at the farmers market and got the bus home and luckily the rain had stopped by then.

It's Fathers Day in the UK today. Thinking of my lovely dad in heaven and sending love. So I wish all the dads, step dads, dads of furbabies, dads to be and mums doing both jobs a very happy day with love, joy, fun and happiness in abundance. (I think I've covered everyone there).

Yay, it's Saturday. I'm looking forward to a sound bath session this morning then popping to Heswall farmers market afterwards for some cheese and yoghurt. Have a great day everyone. xx

Good morning & happy Thursday. I was booked on a yoga & meditation evening tonight but it has been postponed unexpectedly so that is the 3rd wellbeing event that I have booked on that has been cancelled. So looking forward to 27th June when it hopefully should be on.

Mr S is off to Bulgaria this evening so I will be keeping myself busy with lots of different activities while he is away.

Good morning & happy Wednesday. Looking forward to seeing my lovely long standing massage client this afternoon. She has been a faithful client for about 15 years or so which I am very grateful for. xx

I was going to have a healing session this morning but the lovely lady who was giving this has been taken ill so will have to reschedule. I hope she is feeling much better very soon. So I am going to get my new tyres fitted (There was a queue outside the gates yesterday when I tried to get them done and didn't want to wait in it) Then back home for lunch & some housework I guess unless anyone wants a treatment, say after 2.30? Give me a shout if you do. xx

Had a lovely day yesterday. Great yoga class first thing and lunch out & a little walk in the sun, the wind certainly blew away any cobwebs that were still around after yoga. Love that sort of weather. Then a tip trip and a sit out in the sun on the balcony.

Good yoga class this morning. Picked Brian up from his house in Wallasey then popped down to Gregg's for a bit of lunch. Very windy but bright and had to have a walk on the prom on the way back to the car. Had to take a few photos

Monday doesn't half come around quickly. Have a great day. I am off to my yoga class this morning then I need to get 2 front tyres for my car. According to Mitchells they are bald. Eek! xx

Lovely zoom discovery call with my mentor yesterday morning. So looking forward to the retreat that she is hosting in the Yorkshire Dales later this month. It will be wonderful to meet some of our lovely group face to face and continue our spiritual journey together. Amazing!

Had a good day yesterday. Glad I had my car checked over yesterday. It only cost me £20 and they filled up my oil & water and it needs something to do with the handbrake so he has ordered the part for me. Not sure how much that will cost. Eek! But it was lovely to catch up with my mum and daughter clients in the afternoon. They really enjoyed their treatments. # # #

Got to get the car to Mitchells in Saltney for 8 ish! Don't usually do this early. Just getting it checked over before we go to Yorkshire in it in a couple of weeks. Don't usually drive that far away so need to make sure it's safe. Then I have lovely mum and daughter clients this afternoon. Looking forward to seeing them.

I couldn't find a D-Day post in Canva when I searched. Guessing it's because it's an Australian company. But feeling gratitude to the men, women and animals who took part during WW11 and especially those who lost their lives. I just hope the powers that be remember how devastating war is.

Happy Thursday. Yesterday I really enjoyed my yoga class. It was hard work but rewarding. & it was lovely to catch up with my lovely reflexology client in the afternoon. Yay! Food shopping today because my car is going in for a check up early tomorrow morning & I have lovely mum and daughter clients in the afternoon.

It's Tuesday, and I believe it's national cheese day. My kinda day. lol. Have a great day. I am trying a new healing modality for me today. I booked on a day's course & it was cancelled so the organiser offered to give me a healing or a refund. I picked the healing. Really looking forward to it. And this afternoon I have my wellbeing appointment. Not looking forward to this because I get weighed. Mmmm I hope the scales are kind to me. Going to wear my lightest clothes. lol. xx
