DomiliciouS "Best vanilla cake" with Swiss meringue buttercream, made with love to celebrate the engagement of a happy couple. The engagement ring box hides a mini vanilla cake 🧡 I sure once again enjoyed writing in a different language. Can you guess what language that is? 😊

It's always so much fun baking with my talented little guy :) This week we decided to make our own school lunch treat and agreed on bourbon inspired biscuits 🧡

One of DomiliciouS "Simple sponges"... honestly there is nothing simple about this beauty 🧡 Hazelnut sponge infused with coffee and brandy topped with a thin layer of apricot jam, filled with fresh cream flavoured with coffee and yes you guessed right some more brandy. Topped with roasted hazelnuts for an extra crunch 😋
