Support in keeping the kitchen clean
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene before, throughout and after service
Food preparation including preparing some salads or desserts

Chef - 4 day week!

- Monthly changing menus

- Every chef in our kitchen contributes to the menu

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment

- A passion for fresh food is a must

- A methodical, calm and organised approach to work

- Precise planning and organisation ability

- The desire to work in a family run business

- Desire to learn and become a Sous Chef in the future

- Hourly pay plus a equal share of the tips (full time staff are taking home around £500 a month in tips)

Four gorgeous snowy pubs ❄️🌨☃️

Pretty pub moments on a Monday morning 😍

On the 19th day of December our Christmas Decorations came down 🎄😞💔

Pub packed up and Pub Festive time is over before it even started, 2 weeks and 2 days of our doors being open and back on the 2020 roller coaster we go. We head towards 2021 unknown at what point we will be able to open our doors - however, as we have said before....we will see you on the other side!🎢

We are holding our heads high knowing we did our best over the last few weeks to spread the festive cheer and had some great giggles with our customers and team. A massive thank you to all that dined and drank with us and were part of this tier 2 chapter ❤️

We now all head home, to spend time with our families, rather than spending Christmas with our pub family. Little Gem team - you are stars in our eyes, our little dream team! 🌟

We will miss you all...Merry Christmas and a happier 2021! 😘

🎶 Last Christmas, we gave you festive fun,
But the very next Spring lockdown life begun,
This year, we find ourself in tiers
Spending time with that someone special! 🎶

Today is the day. Just as we were getting onto the swing of things, we are having to change things up slightly... But let’s all think positively and keep going, stick to the rules and stay safe.

What a cracker of a week filled with a rollercoaster of emotions- the relief to be finally opening The Swan Inn, Milton Keynes Village 1️⃣1️⃣0️⃣ days later, the excitement of being reunited with our team, the nerves of who would support us, the fulfilment and feeling of having a purpose back in our lives and doing what we love...hosting, serving and caring for our guest. 🍺🥂🍴🍲

Our team this week have made us incredibly proud, adapting to the new normal way of working with smiles on their faces. 😘👏🏽🤩
