I will be exhibiting along with my good friend and fellow baker, Clare of Clare's CupCakery this Sunday at the Wiltshire Wedding Show in Salisbury, we will be running a competition to win a naked wedding cake (for a wedding in 2016) along with showcasing new designs and exciting new products and of course, lots of cake samples to try!! I celebrated a big birthday this week, I turned 40! I spent 4 days in Dubai and then home for a lovely meal with family and friends. I was given this absolutely amazing cake by my lovely friend Clare of Clare's CupCakery. She is such an amazing cake maker, I loved it and didn't want to cut it. But we all had a slice, and of course it tasted amazing! Thank you Clare, you made my birthday extra special x x
