Are you getting married or have an important event coming up ? The Gel Centre offers bespoke MAN-icures for your special events.

A luxury manicure involves cleaning up your nails, tidying up the cuticle area and shaping the nails for a clean look. This is then finished off with a scrub to exfoliate the skin, a mask for moisture and a hand and arm massage for relaxation .
This is fantastic for the up close wedding photos and it makes a great impression for people viewing your hands.

Have you ever heard of Builder Gel? It is one of the most popular services right now in the nail world and for good reason. Liv at The Gel Centre specialises in builder gel and also uses hypoallergenic products for clients who have developed allergies in the past.

Builder Gel is a stronger gel product compared to a standard gel polish. It is slightly thicker on the nail and more product is placed in the centre of the nail resulting in extra protection if you are heavy handed with your hands. This means your nails have a smaller chance of breaking and snapping.

And you may be wondering why this service is healthier for your nails? A builder gel application doesn’t require a soak off with acetone each time you come in for your appointment; we do an infill which means your natural nail is not prepped again where the gel remains, only the new growth resulting in healthy nails.

This is the ideal treatment for anyone who doesn’t want extensions and wants to have beautiful natural nails.

Some of my favourite Christmas nails this year ✨

What a fantastic year it’s been!

We’ve welcomed Sophia to the team but unfortunately had a leaver.

We want to thank all our lovely clients for turning up on time and all our fabulous gifts.

We can’t wait to go into 2024 with such a strong team offering lots of new treatments for the new year.

I would like to especially thank Georgia over the last 12 months who has stepped up her game within her career and has gone above and beyond for the salon and her clients. I think all our clients would agree that Georgia has done a fantastic job in doing her role and decorating the salon up in her own time for Christmas! Her 55 hour week is officially done and she’s ready to have a few Proseccos.

The_Gel_Centre and SKN Lab have both been working extra hours getting you ready for the Christmas period . Liv and Sophia are ever so grateful for the support since they joined the salon .
Liv is now introducing massage therapy from January. This is starting from January 16th as she is opening up an extra day in her diary on a Wednesday.
Sophia is also offering new advanced skin treatments in the new year.
