Right I've been considering this a for a few weeks due to issues with people struggling to transfer the vinyl onto balloons, who would be interested in me actually supplying the ballons aswell, so your purchase would be any said helium balloon with personalised vinyl ( that i would apply) weight and ribbon starting at say £7.50 for an 18inch ? Let me know your opinions
