Only managed to get a selected amount of large baubles this year but next year we will definitely be selling more of these memorial baubles. Also popped some up the cemeteries and they were definitely a special touch for my loved ones.

Just a little update, all of our parcels have been sent faithfully with Royal Mail still but all will be arriving first class tracked delivery, even standard delivery Etsy orders have been sent first class tracked in attempt to avoid any issues.

Nobody is selfish for feeling low enough to want too end their life, the ones who make them feel they are, are the selfish ones. You hear all too often, aren't you over that yet? That was years ago are we still talking about that? Get over it.
There is no time on healing and there is no time on the healing from trauma, everyone of us deal with things in a different way but we all in hindsight want the same end goal, peace of some kind.
I'd never want to lose someone I knew or even someone I didn't know, knowing I had the opportunity to be that conversation that could have changed their mind set or that person that could have stopped them from feeling that way. Check in on eachother, let's talk more. Life's hard for everyone at the moment in some kind of way and it's only us that can make this world an easier place to live in.

As mentioned previously we will be creating five senses healing bags. Our five senses healing bags will contain a number of different items in order to awaken the five senses, these bags can be used in particular for any individual suffering the effects of mental health.
The five senses technique is a brilliant coping strategy to help ease not only anxiety but also to help bring you back into the prescent moment if in a dissociative state of mind.
Within each bag are six different items consisting of bright colours, different shapes, tastes and scents. Our main aim through the creation of the five senses healing bags is that not always can we use the five senses technique in order to ground us if perhaps we're in an empty room for instance, however with these bags you can take them anywhere with you and hopefully feel alot safer incase of any stressful situations or trigger warnings.
We will be funding these bags through our small business and won't be asking any cost for these. We will be donating these firstly to any local mental health hospitals and hope they make a difference throughout others lives. We do however aim to donate as many as possible across other services such as care homes and hospitals and any other individual who requires them.
Please do not feel ashamed in anyway to message, any message will be completely confidential and if we can be of help in any way we'd be more than happy.
Posted shortly will be a raffle for our limited selection of 'Chakra crates', all the proceeds from this raffle will go too creating more of our five senses healing bags.

Not everyday can be bright and colourful, we've all faced them dark days where we have wanted nothing more than to give up.

We all want guidance and people to feel proud through our succession but we also need support when it's needed the most, at our darkest. Here at Soul Empowerment our main ambition is to help others through our products.

We have decided to make ‘Five senses healing bags’, these bags will consist of various items in order to help an individual with grounding, overwhelming bounds of anxiety and negative thoughts. A lot of thought has gone into these bags to ensure each sense has been focussed upon.
The ‘Five senses’ technique is brilliant for anyone suffering the negative effects of mental health, the concept is to:

1. Look for ‘five’ things you can ‘see’
2. Look for ‘four’ things you can ‘touch’
3. Look for ‘three’ things you can ‘hear’
4. Look for ‘two’ things you can ‘smell’
5. Look for ‘one’ thing you can ‘taste’

Although this technique works wonders there are certain moments where we are unable to access such items, for example: being in an empty room or not having the ability to completely focus yourself on items around a room.

With our five senses bags you are able not only to familiarise yourself with each item in the bag, but also you can take your bag wherever it is you go.
We will be funding these bags through our small business and will not be asking for any payments for these.

Our aim is to donate these bags to mental health units, hospitals, care homes and many more. Firstly we would like to know if any of our close friends/family members would benefit from these bags and if so to please to give us a message. All messages will be held confidential, our only intention is to help and never to judge.
