When we are feeling Stressed, Anxious,Angry or even Excited the Stress Hormones Cortisol and Adrenaline flood our Body's getting us ready to take action (Fight or Flight Responce) Causing our Nerves Endings to Vibrate This is a Natural and Normal Response to stress.👍
This process can be really useful if we use the extra Energy its giving us wisely. So for example.
✅Exams or work it can keep us focused on the task at hand.
✅ If we need to Fight or Run away from Danger.
✅Running a race or a fighting Sport such as Boxing.
Or any sport where you are in a Competition Situation.
Being Active will get rid of the Hormones all faster resulting in you eventually feeling allot calmer and still.
✅ High Octane Activities.
❌ Problems arise when none of the Hormones are used up as intended so are left bobbing around in the body for longer resulting in feelings Excess Energy such as
•Restlessness.
•Jittery.
•Shaking.
These are what allot of people don't like and react with Anxiety because they don't know that's all it is.
Everyone experiences the exact same Sensation when stressed or Excited the only difference is how your React to it. Be it Negative or Positive.
Only difference is some people don't get Anxious by this feeling simply because they understand why so don't react with Fear.
