Ensure you progressively challenge your muscles by gradually increasing weights or resistance. This stimulates muscle growth over time, preventing your body from plateauing.
3. **Ignoring Nutrition:**

Listen up, ladies! If you're hitting the gym or working up a sweat at home without a structured exercise plan or proper nutrition, you might as well save your energy and not bother. Now, I understand, exercise is fantastic, but let me be real with you – going at it without a concrete plan sets you up for failure.
I'm not trying to be harsh , but it's the truth – I've worked with hundreds of women caught in this cycle, and they were going nowhere!
Why, you ask?
Because if your workout routine and nutrition are all over the place, your body composition is unlikely to change. How to lose 20kg fast around a busy schedule🔥
Here’s exactly what I did to lose 20kg in 16 weeks and how you can do the same working around your hectic schedule.
1️⃣ Get to know your daily calorie needs—there are loads of online calculators yo can use for that!
2️⃣ Figure out a deficit that suits you. I went for a 500+ calorie deficit because, well, I wanted to drop the fat fast!
If you're new to this, aim for a 500-calorie deficit; keeps the diet doable and your hunger at a friendly level.
3️⃣ Craft an exercise routine—3 times a week is my sweet spot. Gotta keep those muscles while bidding farewell to your fat!
Ladies, if "toned" is your vibe, lift those weights in the calorie deficit. Otherwise, you might end up looking skinny.
4️⃣ Planning is your secret weapon. Schedule movement breaks during lunch, before, or after work. Aim for at least 60 minutes daily—break it up if needed
5️⃣ Rinse and repeat until you're feeling like a million bucks in the mirror.
