Showcasing a couple of our fish starters, delicious Spanish prawns in a rich garlic, tomato, chilli sauce with some of our chunky artisan sourdough bread and our smoked salmon pate with pickled cucumber and cornichons and sourdough crisp breads. We are getting brilliant feedback on these which is amazing!

As you know we have just opened our evening restaurant which we are very excited about! And to help us expand and grow into this new venture we are looking to fill a couple of new roles🤩

KITCHEN ASSISTANT
Some previous experience preferred and must have a genuine interest in cooking with fresh ingredients and different cuisines. Must be enthusiastic and a good team player. Quick learner and good attention to detail. Strong work ethic is a must and a positive attitude also.

FRONT OF HOUSE: BAR PERSON AND TABLE WAITING STAFF
Excellent customer service is incredibly important to us so exceptional communication skills are a must, enthusiastic, good team skills, conscientious with a strong work ethic. Experience in this role is essential.
