Decking with a pre fabricated summer house built ontop that I’ve installed at a property in Birmingham. Measuring 3m x 4m foot plan and standing 2.5m high. All undercoated in a decking treatment to preserve the wood and then top coated in the relevant colour scheme to suit customers preference. And I’ve created an internal storage room to act as a shed space to store outdoor essentials. The exterior perimeter of the summer house I surrounded with large white decorative stones, approx 1.5 ton. The electrics and some interior works still need to be done. But I wanted to get the job uploaded now and will come back in time to upload the full finished job.

*this was a hard one to take clear photos of, due to the long, narrow hall way.
Here I’ve added a storage area under the stairs of this house. This is a repeat customer, where he is totally restoring and renovating this old period property. I’ve done several job renovating rooms here.
I’ve added some picture frame style panelling, and reused an original door that was in the house to keep to the restorative feel the customer is trying to achieve.
Im potentially due to be back to add some acoustic panelling inside the under stairs section, but we will wait for decorators to come in then make a decision.

LVT laminate flooring fitted in this bathroom en-suite. Approx 6sq/m with a 6mm ply sub floor fitted.

A bathroom floor fitted today with 6mm hardboard plywood, with a vinyl lino fitted ontop.

30sq/m of flooring removed and new relayed. Skirting boards and archives all replaced (some with new and some with existing). Awaiting decorator to come and finish off. 2days, start to finish.

Finished kitchen in walsall. Kitchen set up from benchmark. Finished in matt green, gold handles and grey/green effect worktops. Herringbone that I’ve installed through the ground floor also running through the kitchen. New skirting boards & architraves. All finished in satin wood black gloss. Breakfast bar with matching cupboard unit underneath for extra storage. I build a custom build dog room for the family dog to sleep in. That had a grey LVT floor fitted in it so it can be cleaned and can resist any damage from the dog. A brick slip wall fitted on the breakfast bar wall and hexagon tiles with gold glitter grout on the splash back. All ceiling lights changed and sockets/switches refitted with black nickel plated ones. The kitchen has full integrated appliances-washing matching, dryer, and dish washer. A large Black gloss fridge freezer built into the kitchen units.

Boiler that I’ve re boxed in, at a property in Cannock. Using new kitchen units, I’ve updated the old worn boxed in boiler, with a new refreshing look.

So coming up to the final few days of this near full internal renovation of this 3 bed semi detached house in walsall.
This is bedroom 2, it had all carpets removed, all old architrave and skirting removed, and had this Rhône Oak herringbone installed, with 150mm contemporary skirting & 70mm contemporary architrave fitted. The storage room door remained the same but the access door to the landing was changed for a primed white, cottage style door. No painting was contracted to me in the specific room.
I forgot to take some before photos of this room but the rest of the up and coming posts relating to this project will have some.

80sq/m of heritage oak herringbone Laminate flooring installed by myself in the large apartment in digbeth.
The flooring actually span into a long hall way and entrance hall, but due do other major renovation work going on it’s wasn’t practical to take all the photos needed to show all the work. In the coming weeks will do an updated post.
I also installed throughout 6inch contemporary skirting boards and 70mm contemporary architrave to one double door and four standard size doors.
The flooring was also had an added sealer treatment applied to it to give it extra protection against water damage and general wear and tear.

Just recently completed this, front view cladding job on a property in Trysul, that’s undergoing a massive interior and exterior renovation. Cladding made of cement fibre board. Also all front view plastics, soffit, facia boards, gutters etc refitted in ash black. All edges and windows finished in a grey aluminium trim.

Recently fitted 5 internal glazed doors. Consisting of:-
•3 standard internal doors.
•1 set of double doors.
Also, I’ve separated the long narrow living room into two separate rooms with a partition wall and the double glazed doors, creating an separate dining area, which has the option to be opened up to connect with the living room. Also skirting and architrave fitted as standard.
Plastering and decoration of partition wall out sourced.

5 solid core, white primed, cottage style doors hung at this house in Tamworth. One of the 5 doors was a ground floor, kitchen-living room door. (Forgot to get a photo). All fitted with 3 brass hinges and a vintage style brass/gold handle.

Grey laminate fitted today, with skirting boards in the main kitchen room also fitted. Floor also running through to the pantry room.

Half wall paneling with ledge top fitted into this bathroom. Fully moulded and shaped Into the window bays with fitted window boards. Skirting boards & architrave also fitted.

Completed living room. Full installation of a media wall, 1200mm H wall paneling, oak veneered door, door frame, skirting boards & architrave, bay window boards, and a full internal spray out white/royal blue. Carpets sourced and fitted through a local carpet fitting service.

Stud wall + media wall unit installation.
A smaller part of a bigger Refurb. Focusing on the vertical slat media wall unit and stud wall, spanning across this big kitchen/dining room. The media wall housing a 65 inch tv, with rear power & Ariel points.

Garage-Bedroom conversation.
This room was a former garage that was apart of the this ground floor level, of a 3 story property. The bedroom was half converted already before I started and was being used as a bedroom. The owner the property wanted to fully convert the remainder of the garage and extend the room fully. I came in and:-
•Self leveled the remainder of the garage floor.
•Build up to the current bedroom floor with a floating deck and boarded with 18mm loads boards.
•Relaid all the room with new laminate flooring.
•Fitted sliding mirror wardrobe doors and made use of the under stair space with units and clothes rail.
•Fitted skirting and architrave.

A bathroom floor board repair. A small leak left to slowly drop over time, totally damaging the floor and working its way into the joists. So new tongue & grove board fitted and a finishing 5mm ply board over the top for a flat surface for vinyl flooring ontop.

A medial wall installation, with 2 new cottage style internal doors hung, new skirting boards and architrave. T.V still to be fitted and wood work & doors painted in customers own time.

6 internal door hang. All oak veneered solid wood doors from Howdens. All the fixtures and fittings from Howdens also.

A installation of 20sq/m of oak grey laminate flooring in the property today. Spanning the entrance hall through to the living room.

Job-Peregrine Way, Cannock.
One part of a bigger Refurb at this property. A fake chimney breast type media wall. Approx 600mm depth. Creating storage and display space. Also fitted with An ethanol fuelled display fire, and an L.E.D lighting strip, with hidden electrical plug sockets.

A repair on an existing fence. One panel was totally wrecked in recent weather. So replaced with horizontal feather edge panel made there on site with individual panels and roofing lath.

Full new garage roof installation, working in partnership with . Garage roof measuring 6m x 5m approx. Full strip off of old roof. All new joists and OSB. Then fitting a black single ply rubber roof membrane, fully fitted with facia boards and trims.
