Update on dog allegations here at Darlaston Builders Merchants:

We have had a wonderful dog advocate come visit us today along with members of public whom have met our pooches, they have confirmed that they ARE indeed of good health - the dogs enjoyed a good fuss too! This is still an ongoing investigation but we would like to put at ease the publics mind & ensure you that our animals are adored by us and indeed our customers. Kind regards DBM and team🐾🦴

We want to assure you that the well-being of the dogs is of utmost importance to us. We have taken your concerns seriously and have been actively addressing the situation. However, we regret to inform you that due to a series of incidents, this matter has now become a police investigation.


As such, we have been advised to refrain from discussing the details of the investigation with anyone. We understand this may be frustrating, but we must adhere to legal protocols and cooperate fully with the authorities during their inquiries.


Please be reassured that the care and welfare of the dogs remain a top priority for us. The RSPCA has already visited our premises and conducted an inspection, and we are pleased to report that they are satisfied with the condition and care provided to the animals.

Should you have any further concerns or information related to this matter, we kindly ask that you direct them to the West Midlands Police or the RSPCA directly. They are best equipped to provide updates on the investigation and address any additional questions or concerns.
