Before we started the exterior works our customer at North Ockendon wanted the roof jet washed & clean and painted and what a transformation this is really giving the wow factor both myself and customer is over the moon really works well with the exterior painting too paints from by anthracite grey

Our North Ockendon project has come to an end today our first exterior of the year to wrap up several months of work at this property from all interior works on previous posts to the last leg the exterior works bringing this beautiful property the look it deserves.. beams, plinths and masonary works all completed paints by & from .. was a pleasure working for such great customers

Completion of the spare bedroom at our project in North Ockendon.. after a view rainy days the customer decided to freshen up this bedroom paints from using pure brilliant white on ceiling and gentle fawn on walls with eggshell to woodwork.. clean fresh & vibrant that’s now the entire house internally completed.. exterior works being wrapped out keep a look out

The exterior now completed for our existing customer in Loughton, Essex now the weather has finally got a little better it was a struggle but we got it done.. all freshen up ready for the client to put on the market giving it the curb appeal it so deserved.. railing, soffit, fascia, lower windows, plinths, garage and front door brought back to life. A job we completed back at the start of the year for a new customer in Brentwood, Essex.. all plastered throughout by then mist coated and painted in walls, white ceilings & diamond eggshell skirts & architraves and satin black doors .. the transformation is incredible and the doors make it a stand out piece.

A new customer in Loughton, Essex wanted there hallway, lounge/dining room freshened up to be able to put on the market & they are extremely happy now leading to exterior works for that curb appeal just waiting on that sunshine ☀️ paints from colour by rock salt woodwork by diamond satinwood doors grey by .uk

We are now completed inside the house of our Ockendon project… panelling installed to the TV wall and wall dividing dining/kitchen and we must say it really stands out along with the newly painted kitchen units all blending together.. paint by colours.. gentle fawn & soft truffle.. ready for friends and family gathering… along with the front porch brought back to life ready for the grand entrance.. chippy finishing off the units but this project has been a pleasure to work on and the customers have really put their stamp on the property.. there is one remaining job which will follow in the next few weeks.. until next time

Another area completed in our Ockendon project. This master bedroom has been transformed from purples & lilacs and removal of arch making this even more spacious and open.. paints from using clean extreme for walls and eggshell for woodwork gentle fawn diamond eggshell. Client is very happy and so are we. Moving forward making moves and getting the job done we are closing in on this project and it’s been an absolute dream to work here..

Where it all start in Ockendon, two children’s bedrooms with feature walls in a funky geometric pattern to really transform these rooms. From bare plaster to this.. white ceilings with natural hessian walls, coving and woodwork followed by shades of pinks and blues.. paints from from brands .. the customer loves it and so do we..

Privacy tint applied to steam/whirlpool bath room windows allowing no visibility from the outside but seeing everything from the inside.. now they’ll be able to relax without the worry of anyone else seeing.. it’s a small detail but makes a massive difference.

And we keep going in North Ockendon.. the kitchen hand painted from a sage green to an eggshell finish in soft truffle by
A full clean down with degreaser by with a primer coat of coverstain followed by top coats.. this really brings this kitchen back to life and ties everything together with flooring and worktops..

Another area in our North Ockendon job completed… this outer house now painted ready for the whirlpool bath and steam room to be installed later this month.. built by and his team…. The client is over the moon and can’t wait to use ready for summer 🤩🌤️💦☀️ paints supplied by clean extreme rich black with a hint of glitter mirroring that skyline affect along with gentle fawn to walls making sure this is fully protected. bath

An ongoing project we have on, we may have been quite on socials but have been extremely busy the start of the year.. this property in Ockendon has/will have some big transformations coming and here is the first areas completed.. full redec to HSL & living room with panelling installed around a media wall in living room paints supplied by . paints colours…soft truffle, gentle fawn, brilliant white, eggshell BW.

This was our last exterior of the year.. A full refurb on this exterior in Loughton, Essex… pebble dash removed and rendered by and his team followed by a full redecoration of masonry, porch & plinths… colours by .. this property really stands out from the rest and we have another happy customer. What a way to finish 2023 bring on 2024. #2023

A kitchen we completed in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, for a lovely lady which has lead to us to do more work in the new year.. a vibrant colour by ready for her Christmas

Been a busy week at J&L this week that’s another wrapped up in Epping, Essex for a new client after having an extension on there property they wanted a full make over from new plaster.. carpentry works done by the one and only then we followed up with a mist coat throughout & two top coats on ceiling and walls with a satinwood finish to woodwork. A job we completed this week for after they installed a fireplace/TV feature wall… freshened up throughout using ultra cover for the ceiling vanilla for walls eggshell for woodwork & .co.uk for the papered feature wall

And that’s a wrap for our High Beech project. Stage 2 complete a kitchen, dining & lounge in pure brilliant white with a beautiful wallpaper from as a feature wall.. customer extremely happy and are now doing upstairs in the new year. On to the next

Phase 1 completed in High Beech, Essex. After the customer had a side extension built we have come in and give the finishing touch decorating throughout in pure brilliant white ceiling & walls and a eggshell finish to all woodwork. The customers is very pleased and can finally use there spacious living areas.. now onto phase 2… paints supplied by the one and only white

And that’s a wrap last exterior of the year and was it a big one…. All wooden cladding prepared and painted in all coat matt 2 coats courtesy of along all windows & doors with fascia & soffits.
