Today, we at Holly Nails Spa are reaching out during a difficult time, hoping for your understanding and support.

A short while ago, we faced an unfortunate situation where a customer left our spa without paying.,In an effort to resolve the issue amicably, we later agreed with the customer's mother to accept a reduced payment , We thought this compromise had put the matter to rest but were then saddened to discover a one-star review on our Google page from the customer. This has been a challenging moment for us, especially as we always strive to do our best for our clients. Despite our attempts to resolve this matter amicably, it hasn’t happened.
