Save this Bailey's coffee kick cocktail recipe down for when you need it ⬇️

25ml Bailey's
25ml coffee liqueur
25ml vodka
25ml double cream
Chocolate shavings to decorate

1. Just add your liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker with lots of ice! Shake until cold and foamy.

2. Strain your cocktail into a glass and garnish with some chocolate shavings. Cheers! 🥂

This extremeley chocolately mug cake is perfect for Christmas! You can top it with all of your favourite sweet treats and the best part is, it's a quick and easy crowd pleaser 🎄🎅

Save this recipe for when you need it. All you'll need is... ⬇️

4 tbsp of self-raising flour
4 tbsp of caster sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 medium egg
3 tbsp of whole milk
3 tbsp of sunflower oil
¼ tsp of vanilla extract
40g of dark choc, chopped
Pinch of sea salt

Method 🥣

1. First of all, measure all of your dry ingredients into a large mug.

2. Next, crack your egg into the mug and add the vanilla extract, milk and oil and whisk it all together with a fork until your mixture is lump free.

2. Add in your chopped chocolate and top with sea salt flakes.

3. Now cook in your microwave! You only need 1 ½ - 2 minutes or until the cake is firm to the touch.

3. Now it’s time to add your toppings! Get creative and go wild, maybe some extra chocolate, cream or chocolate sauce? You decide! Let your guests give it a whirl and add their own toppings when cooked! 👌

If you haven't had chance yet, there's still time! We've popped an easy peasy recipe below for you, which is sure to impress guests this Christmas 🎄

100g soft light brown sugar
4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 sliced orange
½ sliced lemon
½ star anise
1 bay leaf
50ml dark rum or brandy (optional)

1. Mix all the ingredients together (apart from the rum or brandy, if you're using it) in a large pan and warm it through over a low heat for 10-15 minutes

2. For the final minute add your rum or brandy (if you fancy using it).

3. Pour into your mugs or heatproof glasses, making sure to remove any aromatics.

Ingredients 🍴
250g digestive biscuits
100g butter, melted
2 x 280g pack Philadelphia Original
100g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
300ml double cream
2 x 32g Cadbury Flakes

Method 🥣
1. Place the digestive biscuits in a food processor and process to a fine crumb. Add the melted butter and mix together. Press the mixture into the base of a 20-22 cm spring-form tin and refrigerate.

2. Whisk together the Philadelphia, icing sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add the double cream and whisk until thick.

3. Spoon the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the surface. Chill for approximately 3 hours.

4. Just before serving, remove the cheesecake from the tin. Cut one of the Flakes into bite size chunks and roughly crumble the other. Arrange the Flake pieces and crumbs on the top of the cheesecake.
