💙 OUR FLAGSHIP SPIRIT 💙
Hertfordshire Dry is our Flagship liquid, a beautifully classic London Dry Gin.
It was created in answer to the question, "what would our county taste like if distilled?" Distilled with lemon balm, lemon verbena and lavender all grown in the distillery grounds, the idea is that it tastes like the land from where it came. Big, bold juniper followed by earthy, vegetal tones and a sophisticated spicy finish 🦌

This , you need to try our Rooftop cocktail using our bestselling Mango & Black Pepper Gin for a tropical flavour sensation 😎
Tastes like a Twister in a glass 🍭
Ingredients:
50ml Mango & Black Pepper Gin
35ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White
Basil Leaves to garnish
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for roughly 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Fill shaker with ice and shake again for 20 seconds. Double strain into a martini glass and garnish with a basil tip 🌱

This month as part of our 1% for the Planet membership, we are proud to be supporting the Bumblebee Conservation Trust 🐝
It is well-known that bees are great pollinators, and therefore have a key role in producing much of the food that we eat (and the gin that we drink!) 🍸 We're doing our bit to help reverse the decline of bees and the impact that has on biodiversity.
As well as our donation, we've given our botanical garden a spruce. We’ve added a bee hotel and planted some bee-friendly wildflower seeds to provide food, shelter and habitat for our local populations of bees 🐝

From today, we’ll be donating a minimum of 1% of our revenues (not profits, total sales revenues!) to environmental causes and organisations leading the charge to undo the damage caused by humans.
We’ll be sharing where each donation goes and why we’ve selected that cause to support. Our aim is to support projects that ultimately have the biggest impact on the betterment of the planet 👊

Rhubarb n’ Rasb
A simple refreshing rhubarb & raspberry cocktail you can easily make at home ❤️
50ml Botanical Rhubarb Vodka
25ml Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
15ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
20ml Sugar syrup
Crushed Ice
Raspberries to muddle
Sprig of basil to garnish
Fill your glass with crushed ice and some muddled rasberries. In a separate mixing glass, stir together all the other ingredients over ice, and then strain into your glass 👌

How we came to be.
Copper in the Clouds started life in a flat in London’s Shoreditch neighborhood in November 2016.
We started out as a gin subscription club called One Time Gin, creating limited-edition releases in collaboration with some of the finest UK distilleries, to send to our members every month.
As the club grew into a tight-knit community, giving feedback on every release, we started to learn more and more about the creative process behind making great spirits. We got a miniature copper still, started tinkering and eventually started to produce some dang tasty liquid.
Our 6th gin released for the subscription club was our very first we had made ourselves, Red Leaf Gin.
