Difficulty Level? - Give me a three tier wedding cake over this any day! 😅 It sounds silly, but I am so proud of this vs my regular sort of creations! Firstly, it's something different - not only in shape (which by the way, getting a rectangular cake corners sharp, as a perfectionist, will have you there for a good 10 minutes 😂) but also the hand modelled fondant icing details - which I don't usually do - BUT just look how cute that little scroll and cap 🎓 turned out!! 🥹🥲
