We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident person to join our team!

The ideal candidate would be able to work independently as well as part of a team and be comfortable to open and close the pub independently.

Part time hours available, to include evenings and weekends.

The job will involve working behind the bar, answering the phone and light cellar duties/cleaning.

This role requires the applicant to be over 18 years of age, preferably with experience in hospitality and some cellar management. A can do attitude is a must.

This Thursday the monthly fun quiz at The Royal Oak, Bere Regis returns. It starts about 7:30pm finishes about 9pm. It is a fun quiz with no entrance fee and no prizes. It is just for fun. Meals are available and it is best if you book a table.

Please note we are now running two quizes in a month: first Thursday at Royal Oak and last Thursday of the month at The Drax Arms. The quizes qill be same format but different questions so you can do both. Food is available at Royal Oak. No food is prepared at The Drax but you can always order a pizza for delivery from The Royal Oak.
It is best to book a table in both instances.
