Unfortunately, our 2024 season is starting to come to a close 😢

We are still open though! 🚤🛶

Until the end of September our hours are:
Friday: 10-2
Saturday: 10-4
Sunday: 10-4
Monday: 10-2

Other weekdays we can still be open on request, please just call or email us to book in 😊

From October onwards we will be open for pre-bookings only, so please contact us if you would like to come and play 🏞

🌊 Exciting News from Wareham River Boat Hire! 🌊

You can now cruise the River Frome in style with our exclusive Wareham River Boat Hire caps! Perfect for your next adventure on the water.

Wondering how far you can take our boats from the Boat Hire along the river for your adventure?

We have a beautiful stretch of river from Abbots Quay (where we are based!)

You can go upstream- 0.8 miles to get to the bypass road bridge (1.6 mile round trip) which is our upper limit and takes around 30 minutes to complete in our motorboats 🚤

And downstream- just under 2½ miles to get to the mouth of the river 🏞 (5 mile round trip) which is our lower limit and takes around 1 hour to complete in our motorboats

Both up and downstream will take longer on our paddle powered boats, and the river Frome is tidal, which can affect time and difficulty on your adventure from ours 🛶

Yes, we do! As long as the dogs are happy to join you on your adventure, we are happy for them to join you too! 🐶

Finally it feels like summer is here and the boats are very busy on the River Frome! Have you come to visit us yet? ☀️

We were on the radio! 🎤🎵

A couple of weeks ago, we hosted on their 'Race Across The South'.

Director Emma and daughter Xanthie were interviewed on live radio, and we set Lou and Kevan off across the river, under the Wareham bridge and onto the river bank opposite the Quay for a wonderful afternoon tea spread set out by Rich from 🫖🍰
