Thankfully, I decided to give him a full clip. He gets hot & sweaty pretty quick, especially with the faster work & warmer weather. As you can see, he still has an amazing sheen.

Tidy up for gorgeous Monkey. Dapples are all still intact! Mane & tail neatened up. Cat hairs removed, ready for their British Eventing debut.....which has sadly just been abandoned this weekend due to the ongoing wet weather.....very disappointing for everyone involved & we're all fed-up! There's got to be some dry sunny weather coming our way soon right?! 🌝

Looking super smart! The previous blanket clip had grown out & was barely visible. Opted for the hunter clip as hair was long & curly. Being an older horse, this will be easier to manage coming into the spring.

Transformation time! A very satisfying clip. From wooley mammoth to sleek smart pony! Perfectly prepped with a bath the previous day, which made the clipping smooth & gave a lovely finish. The amount of hair that came off we could of made another pony 😀
