As a mum to a little girl and a woman who has always said more negatives about herself than positives.. this is a great reminder to check myself before commenting on how I look or feel.

My Daughter and I now talk about being strong, happy and being healthy. We take pictures even when I don't have make up on and we talk about all the amazing things our bodies can do 💪

It's so important for our littles to see us love ourselves, so they learn to love themselves too 💕🥰

We've had lots of fun singing "old Mcdonald had a farm" in class today but we weren't quite sure who was on the farm when we got to this little fella!

We settled on pig 🐷 but other thoughts were - elephant 🐘 and mouse 🐁
