Due to the Creamfields festival and the upcoming Bank Holiday weekend, please note that our only local delivery day this week will be tomorrow, Tuesday, 20th August. We will not be offering our usual local delivery service on Thursday, 22nd August or Friday, 23rd August.

To ensure you receive your order tomorrow, please place your orders by 3pm today. You can also choose to collect your orders from the warehouse at the back of the shop.

🚨 IMPORTANT DELIVERY UPDATE 🚨

Dear valued customers,

Due to the Creamfields festival and the upcoming Bank Holiday weekend, we wanted to let you know about a temporary change in our local delivery schedule for next week.

Please note: Our only local delivery day next week will be on Tuesday, 20th August. We will not be offering our usual local delivery service on Thursday, 22nd August or Friday, 23rd August.

For those who need items sooner, you can place your orders online and collect them from the warehouse at the back of the shop.

Any orders made for local delivery after 3pm Monday, 19th August will be delivered locally after the Bank Holiday weekend, during the following week on Tuesday 27th August.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

We are beyond thrilled to formally introduce ourselves, Gina and Ellis, as the new owners of Pets Pantry, Stockton Heath’s beloved independent local pet shop!

As best friends for 15 years, we bring a wealth of experience as Veterinary Nurses and Certified Dog Trainers and we are constantly expanding our knowledge in pet behaviour and nutrition.

I’m sure we speak for everyone in saying a HUGE thank you to Karen and Gary, the incredible founders who established Pets Pantry in 1980. Their dedication and passion have created a wonderful legacy, and we are honoured to continue their hard work in caring for pets and their owners within the village and across the UK.

As always, at Pets Pantry, our mission is to help you make informed decisions about your pets’ health, wellbeing, and welfare. We will continue to offer top-quality advice and products, from nutritious food and delicious treats to enrichment items and husbandry best practices - all at affordable prices.
