Today, we're throwing it all the way back to 2020. The Covid days... Eurgh. But some good things did come from 2020! 🙌

We introduced Higher Oak Bakery (now known as Oaks Artisan) as well as the building of our beloved Shepherd's Hut! 🛠️ Our team worked tirelessly to build the hut from the ground up, and we couldn't be prouder of what we achieved.

On Thursday’s we make a whole loaaaaad of fruit scones for wholesale orders. The yolks from our hen eggs used in our egg wash give them such a gorgeous colour on top.

Happy hens, bright yolks, tasty scones. I’ve decided that’s how it works 💛
