One completed last week for a previous customer, hallway and downstairs loo tiled and painted skirting boards only. Topps Tiles Berkeley essence graphite in the hallway and Henley ice in the downstairs loo finished with graphite grout. Skirting painted Dulux Trade satinwood finish

Job completed last week. Brick effect splashback finished with gunmetal grout around the New installed worktop and plank tiles on the floor finished with praline grout. The customer is in the middle of renovating the kitchen cupboards to finish the kitchen off. Doors and kickboards cut to new height of the floor

Hallway painted for one of my regulars a week ago. Dulux Trade diamond Matt polished pebble on the walls, pure brilliant white vinyl Matt on the ceiling, pure brilliant white eggshell on the doors, skirting and loft hatch and rich black eggshell on the banister. The customer then had new carpet fitted

One done the other week after the customers spare bedroom. Tidy up on the walls in the hallway using crown trade paint Julian white

Bedroom painted and wallpapered last week. Farrow and ball cinder rose mixed at Dulux Trade in vinyl Matt on the walls and skirting, door, window ledge and loft hatch painted in satinwood.

Kitchen splashback tiles installed. White farmhouse wavy tiles from Wickes finished with white grout

Ceiling painted with Dulux Trade pure brilliant white, walls diamond Matt polished pebble and skirting, radiator and window ledge pure brilliant white eggshell. one wall skimmed by B D S Property Services after sorting some issues with it

Final part or the project painting the downstairs hallway and stairs/landing completed last week. Dulux Trade diamond Matt Egyptian cotton on the walls and panelling, pure brilliant white vinyl Matt on the walls above the panelling, pure brilliant white eggshell on the doors and skirting, rich black eggshell on the banister and window ledge and f and b mixed at dulux Railings in eggshell on the front door

Room 2 completed, guest bedroom painted. Dulux Trade pure brilliant white vinyl Matt on the ceiling, Card room green f and b colour matched dulux vinyl Matt and pure brilliant white eggshell used on the fire place, window ledge, radiator and door. Ceiling and fireplace wall skimmed by B D S Property Services

First room downstairs loo completed as part of a larger project for the customer. Fitted new straight edge skirting to accommodate the tile on top and painted Dulux Trade pure brilliant white eggshell, also painted the door. Tiled white metro half way up and finished with smoke grout. Wallpapered top half of the room. Painted the ceiling with dulux pure brilliant white vinyl Matt and the alcove with valspar the customer had from another room in the house, they are going to fit a shelf in this area. New anthracite towel radiator and sink unit to be fitted by B D S Property Services now my work is done.

Bathroom floor tiled last week. The further i got into this job the more I found it had been bodged by the last person. Originally a wet room that failed and the customer had them back 18 months ago and they again bodged it together which failed again with tiles popping and cracks. They had tiled on top of osb boards in areas, heights different throughout the floor, Leaking under the bath. Removed all the OSB board back down to a he original chipboard floor and replaced a section that had been bodged together, then laid wedi UK board and sealed the joints with 610. 60x60 tiles laid and jasmine grout to finish. Also removed one tile around the bath and leak was sorted by B D S Property Services. Then put back and sealed the tile in with silicone grout line so it would be removable for access if ever needed again.

Back at one of my regulars parents to decorate their lounge. Wallpapered their chimney Breast and painted the surrounding walls with dulux

Chimney Breast and door wall stripped and new tartan style wallpaper put back. Customer is going to paint the room themselves now

Bedroom painted for a previous customer. All white farrow and ball colour mixed at Dulux Trade on the panelling and Cancún b and q paint colour matched at dulux also for the walls surrounding. Vinyl Matt Pure brilliant white on the ceiling and pure brilliant white eggshell on the skirting, window ledge and door. Customer is getting new carpet and bedroom furniture to match the new room colour

Flat pack Friday. King size bed from IKEA built for a regular customer in their guest room

New tiles installed around the bath to create a shower area and new bathroom floor. Customer only wanted to touch around the bath walls so used a boarder tile to separate from the existing tiles. Mapei showerproof kit used on the walls t protect before tiling and Jackoboard FR used to cover the chipboard floor. Tiles finished with ash grout. Plumbing changed out on the bath from a wall control unit to a mixer tap on the bath by B D S Property Services

Front step tiled this week. Old tiles were loose and cracked and massively out of level. New quarry tiles laid and finished with cement grout

Bathroom finished up. I had previously tiled the floor and now the decision was made to have a shower over the bath. Installed new tiles on the walls from Topps Tiles Blaine beige 60x30 and finished with white grout. Waterproofed the walls with a mapei shower kit and repaired some areas with wedi UK board where the plasterboard had come away with the old tiles. Also changed out the old pedestal sink for a white gloss vanity unit and then finished with shower screen and mixer tap shower install.

Fireplace tiled at a commercial business premises to be used as a decorative piece rather then a working fireplace. Wedi board used to board and frame out the wall. Finished with cement grout. Customer will now fill inside the fire with decorative stone.

Bathroom floor tiled with Grey starluxe quartz tile from Topps Tiles finished with smoke grout. wedi UK board used underneath and sealed with 610. Bath panel and bathroom door cut to the new height.

First one for 2024. Stripped the wallpaper off the fireplace wall and painted all walls with Dulux Trade Egyptian cotton and satin pure brilliant white on the skirting and door. Customer is getting new curtains and and accessories to go with the new sofas now

Last one of the year complete. Customer had a leak on her bath 18 months after being installed by another company. The plumber had to smash out the panel to gain access as the tiler hadn’t made it accessible. Put back using wedi UK board behind and then siliconed into place using the same colour as the grout. Also installed some new style handles on the lounge doors downstairs while the adhesive was drying

Freshen up in the living room and main bedroom of the ceiling and the white walls for the customer. Dark patches on the ceiling in the lounge due to the tv being close to the ceiling addressed. Dulux Trade brilliant white vinyl Matt used.

Tided up the door frame on the warehouse side where I removed a door unit previously. Frame and architrave installed and then undercoated primed with Zinsser UK 123 bullseye. Also installed a clear flap curtain on one of the technicians rooms to keep the cold air and dust out
