Cancellation Policy
Due to a recent increase in people cancelling last minute or not showing up for appointments Sue & Myself are going to put a Cancellation Policy in place in the salon. We are both self employed, Last Minute Cancellations & No Shows leave us out of pocket. So with immediate effect 24hrs notice will be required to avoid charge. Less than 24hrs will result in a 50% charge. Last Minute Cancellations & No Shows will result is 100% charge.
