A very warm welcome to our new Therapist, Antonia. Antonia is a Sports Science graduate with a Level 3 in Sports Massage. She’s also in her final year of a Physiotherapy degree at the University of Salford.
In her spare time Antonia is a member of Lymm Women’s cricket team and enjoys running, hiking and eating cake (I’m sure she’ll fit in perfectly! 🍰)

🚨Cancellation policy🚨

I’ve really put off having to do this but I now have a cancellation policy in place.
Any treatments that are cancelled/ rearranged with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment price.

I appreciate that sometimes life happens and plans have to be changed but please consider the impact last minute cancellations have on the self employed and small businesses 🙏🏼🤗

Great result for sponsored athlete Jill winning her age group at Southport Triathlon on Sunday and gaining that all important qualifying spot for next year’s European Championships 🏆
After a quick recovery treatment yesterday, Jill is now en route to Poland to race in this year’s European age group Championships; wishing her the best of luck! 🍀

✨New Therapist- Dave McDonough✨

Dave is a level 3 Sports Massage Therapist who will be available for treatments at our base in Lymm village on Wednesdays.
In addition to his sports massage qualification, Dave is also a Personal Trainer with specialisation in fitness for Senior Adults and a fully UEFA qualified football coach who has worked at the highest level in professional football (clubs playing regularly at Champions League level) for many years.
We’re looking forward to welcoming Dave to the team and I’m sure you’ll all benefit from his expertise!
