Damp course and ripped out Damp floor with no dpm in it, then replaced with new concrete slab with 2 layers of dpm and 100mm insulation installed. More pictures to follow on completion.

Recent damp job just finished by MS Plastering

Finally finished a big job in Kingsley, feels like this job has gone on forever 🙌

We have carried out a lot of work on this one

1. Concrete floors.
2. Levelling floor joist.
3. Self leveled floors
4. Full damp course.
5. Stitch bars.
6. Lateral restaurants.
7. Plasterboard and Plastered.
8. MF ceiling.
9 eco rendered.

Thank god this job is nearly finished it's been going on forever😔

It's had a lot of work carried out on it..

1. The whole ground sub floor ripped out, under' pinned floor, 29 tone of crush and run in floor, 100mm insulation in floor and 5 cubic meter of concrete.

2.first floor joist leveled throughout.

3. Drilled and injected new dpc,and tanking mesh membraned ground floor.

4. 24 stitch bars and lateral restaurants.

5. Whole house back to brick new electrics and plumbing.

6. All exturnal walls boarded with 52mm insulated plasterboards,dividing wall with soundproof and 12.5 boards on internal.

7. Full house plastered.

8. MF ceiling installed 🥱🥱🥱

Only couple more weeks to go, just need finish Plastering, self level whole ground floor and eco rend the outside then all done thank god.🙌

Little damp proof job recently completed by MS Plastering DPC Specialist.
We found some bad cracks behind the plaster so we had to put stitch bars in to prevent future cracks appearing.

Part 2 of a big job we are doing in Frodsham, this house suffered from very bad subsidence,and the front of the house dropped over 200mm.
The lazer level on the first picture shows how much this property actually dropped 😖
The customer wanted the floor levelling.🫣
So we ripped all the floor boards up, started from the lowest point of the floor and put new joist in levelling the floor throughout.💪👌

This dry-Rot job was up there with some of the worst we have ever treated!!! But not a problem for MS Plastering DPC Specialist 💪
All the timber floor was so rotten it had to be ripped out, treated for Dry- Rot and a New concrete slab laid.
