This time of year is all about nurturing, building, nesting and nourishing. Reawakening and cleansing can start from springtime if needed.

Be 100% true to yourself. You have your own signature and blueprint, an amazing uniqueness, be proud to be authentically you.
Seek out the feelings and not the material things.
Ask yourself does this make me happy?
You deserve more than the latest trend or fad.

Focus on the things you can add in to your life.
More of adding in and focusing in on the good feelings crowds out situations, feelings and things not right or still think you can still do because you feel you have to.

Prioritise you time. Let filling your own cup not make you feel guilty but let yourself experience a feeling of pleasure.

Let things fall apart. Sometimes it’s needed, not right and you need to walk away. This brings time you never knew you had or needed.
