Finally it stopped raining for 2 days and the sun came out for us. we made a break for it and built this dormar on one of our current projects. Great progress so far 😃

On this project we converted a double garage adding a square bay window to the front and a single storey extension at the back.

Job done ✅

This is a project in Leamington spa we've been working on this year.

We have gutted the inside of the property and have added a double height extension at the front and back with a single at the side.

Main roof complete, scaffolding down just getting ready for the next phase of 1st fix internal works.

Footings dug and concrete poured with brickwork up to DPC.

This project consists of a complete renovation including a new porch, rear extension and major overhaul of the layout creating more open plan areas downstairs with more bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.

Another project we finished last year in Leamington spa ✅

Once the extension was built we removed the back wall of the house to create an open plan kitchen and dining area.
Complete with 2 sets of bi-folding doors to make the room feel bright and bring the outside in during the summer ☀️

A side extension on a Victorian terraced house in Leamington spa.
Access was tricky, and space restricted we managed to transform this space into a lovely open plan kitchen dining area for the family.

This is our latest project in Leamington spa. A complete renovation of this detached property.

The work includes removal of structural walls, new pitched roofss, a flat roof extension and oak porch with the house finished in an external render.

We have completely gutted the property back to brick and have almost finished the major building work ready for underfloor heating, 1st fix plumbing and electrics.
