Diagnosed with a debilitating health condition back in 1996, I have always needed to be in control of my own diary, for the days when my health just won’t let me work….
I was so so lucky to find that in the most amazing company in which I run my own business.
It allows me time off when my health isn’t the best, yet still pays me each month.

I can honestly say Forever has been the perfect business for myself with all my crazy days and health conditions.
Allowing me to take out when it’s needed.
And the best part is, I get to help other people build a business flexibly too!

There is no SECRET to a healthy life.
It takes commitment, and an understanding of how YOUR body works best.
I get asked a lot, how to become stronger, more flexible, leaner, fitter and I always start with some simple steps...

1. What are you fuelling your body with?
It often surprise’s me that people expect their body to run on poor fuel (poor nutrition)
Our bodies are amazing, so you need to treat them with respect.
🌱 Fresh green vegetables
🧊2-3 litres of water per day
🍭 Cut down on refined sugars and processed foods
🥦 Prep meals from scratch and freeze them for ease.
🍉Add in foods such as Turmeric, ginger, beetroot, kale, spinach.
Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated. Make time to look at what you are eating and what your body needs, and it then becomes a lifestyle change.
2. MOVE MORE - this doesn’t have to be hours of cardio at the gym.
🌱A simple walk in nature
🧘🏻‍♀️A little stretch and connecting your breath.
🙏🏼A few minutes closing the eyes and breathing in a quiet space.
💃🏼A little dance around to your favourite music.
🏃🏼‍♀️A gentle jog or power walk to the shops instead of jumping in the car.

Small changes on a daily basis become habits, and it’s these habits that will begin your journey to a healthier, stronger, more focused place.
